This is new for me, what can I expect? And what does Mane’s 4 Melanin’s do?

We serve as a wig liaison for woman of pigment. The Internet is inundated with websites selling wigs/manes. Most of which do not explain the process or allow you to see how certain styles would look on you. The last thing we want you to be concerned with is if the random company you pulled up online is reputable. Mane’s 4 Melanin’s provide a safe and caring environment where you can feel comfortable showing us your current hair situation and discussing your needs. You are assigned a REAL person who will be with you from beginning to end and will answer all questions and concerns.

Step One

Book a consultation. We will work with you to better understand your lifestyle needs. Mane’s 4 Melanin’s goal is customer satisfaction. We pride ourselves with knowing and understanding the hair industry inside and out.

Step Two

We will show you the options that are available during the consultation. You will have input in the type of hair, cap construction and style.

Step Three

We fit you with your manes, and provide tips on how to maintain it.

What does the consultation include?

We will go in depth to find out your head measurement, type of hair that will work best for your lifestyle, discuss styling and color. In addition, we will discuss maintenance and the preferred products necessary for upkeep. Keep in mind that consultations require a non-refundable fee. Fill out the form completely and be sure to check the correct box.

Do you offer coloring services?

For human hair, we do not color hair at this time. We will work with you to find natural hair colors that you will enjoy.

I decided I no longer want the wig. Can I return it and get a refund?

No. Due to the process in which we carry out your order, there will be no need for a refund. We work closely with you to ensure you are satisfied with your service and purchase. Please consider the decision closely for this reason. Because of health concerns, we cannot offer a refund as we cannot return a wig that was purchased.
